Student Employment Services
Workshops, Individual Consultations, Online Resources
Workshops on resume and cover letter writing, interview skills, job searching and networking are given to many classes at the College. Your instructor will arrange these - ask your instructors if they will be offering a session in your program area.
Throughout the year group workshops are also held at various times to fit varied schedules. These will be advertised on the Job Board outside the gym and the Student Portal. If a workshop is offered in your area you must attend before booking an individual consultation.
Individual employment consultations by appointment are available to registered students at College of the Rockies. Students should first check for scheduled group workshops or to see if arrangements have been made by program instructors.
Online students can make a phone or Skype appointment - just email your resume prior to your appointment. If you are interested in booking an individual consultation please contact:

Thanks to a partnership with Resume Target, a professional resume writing service, College of the Rockies is pleased to offer access to career related information and resume templates provided by Resume Target's College of the Rockies career platform and free resume samples.
Templates are just a starting point for students - please make an appointment with the Career and Placement Officer to review your resume before you send it out.
